How does the loyalty program work?

1 - When you place an order, you earn points: 1€ spent = 1 point.
Your accumulated points allow you to redeem rewards directly on the qwetch.com website. You can add your rewards during checkout.

2 - When you complete a task, you earn the associated points
The list of tasks to complete is located above the rewards. Follow the steps to complete a task and unlock the associated points as soon as it’s validated.

3 - Refer a friend or family member, and receive a 15% discount
Share your referral link or enter your friend’s email address. They’ll receive an email with your personalized link. They’ll then receive a 15% off code to use on their first purchase. As soon as your friend places their order, you’ll receive 15% off as well.

4 - Each point expires 2 years after it’s earned
Making a purchase doesn’t reset your points to zero—each point has its own expiration date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do my past purchases count?

No. Only purchases made on or after January 1, 2026, earn points. Points are not awarded retroactively for past orders.

Can I earn points for a purchase made in-store?

Yes. If you purchased a product at one of our retail stores, simply take a photo of your receipt to complete the “make an in-store purchase” mission. You'll then receive your 50 reward points.

How do I use my points?

You can check your point balance at any time, directly in your customer account on qwetch.com. You can use your points at checkout by selecting a reward to redeem based on the number of points you have available.

How do I get my reward after redeeming my points?

Have you just redeemed your points for a reward but aren’t sure how to add it to your order?
You have two options:

1. Apply the reward directly to your cart
After redeeming your points for your reward, click “Apply to Cart.” The reward will be automatically added to your cart.

2. Use your reward code
After redeeming your points, copy the code that appears (e.g., 86H4HHXBLDVI), then enter it in the “Promo Code” section during checkout.

If you received your code via email, be sure to manually add the product to your cart for the discount to apply.



Important for free product rewards:

For rewards that are free products (e.g., free stickers, free Solid Drinks, free glass teapot), be sure to add the relevant product to your cart.

For the reward to be applied, your order must include at least one other product from the store (excluding promotional items).

This requirement does not apply to the following rewards:

- €5 gift card for Solid Drinks subscriptions
- Free customization

What happens if I return my order?

The points associated with the refunded order are automatically recalculated.
